If you have a special occassion to celebrate in November, you will be spoilt for choices as the Malaysia International Gourmet Festival (MIGF) is back!

Now into its 8th edition, the MIGF is an annual event that made its debut in 2001 as KL International Gourmet Festival with a small group of 13 participating restaurants. This year the number has ballooned to 28 participating restaurants.

According to the organisers, one of the aims of the festival is to create a sustained interest in the local fine dining scene. And what better way to do that than by showcasing fine dining through special festival menus at extra special prices.

Below is an example of a festival menu designed by one of the participating restaurants, Iketeru @ Hilton Kuala Lumpur.
