JOM LETS GO JAPANESE YA!

PROMOTION HAS ENDED!

We've all heard of Ladies Night or Tuesday Ladies Day. Finally, I come across an outlet that acknowledges that the not-so-fair sex exist too in this planet. As part of their Mid-Summer promotion, Jogoya Japanese Restaurant is offering a 50% discount to all gentlemen. Hooray?

Wait! As with all good things on offer, there is a catch here too! The gentlemen are required to bring along partners to be entitled to this promotion. So, if you do the math, rather than getting a 50% discount, the gentlemen will end up forking out an additional 50% (I am assuming most noble gentlemen will pick up the tab). Sigh!

But for those like me who are longing for some sushi or sashimi, do pull along your partner for a visit. And I don't think you will need to tug very hard because I hear the food here is good!

Promotion is valid from Monday to Thursday only, between 18 Aug to 18 Sep 2008. Reservations are highly recommended. For first-timers to Jogoya, please take note that there are four meal times on offer.

Buffet Lunch (11.30am - 1.40pm): RM78.00++

Buffet Late Lunch (2.00pm - 4.20pm): RM68.00++

Buffet Dinner (5.00pm - 9.30pm): RM88.00++

Buffet Supper (9.40pm - 12.00am): RM78.00++

Great! I wanted to ask what does the poster say about Haagen Daaz... Those were the first 2 words that caught my eyes! Yummy...

blogce5nt, by the way I forgot to mention that VIP members have special privilleges ie. exclusive-member's-only-dishes totalling about 8-9 varieties like mini Monk Jump Over the Wall, Grilled Crayfish, Jasmine tea with Blooming Flower, etc.

I have that card. And am planning to take advantage of the promotion and make a visit this coming Wed. If you and the wifey would like to join us, let me know. I can pick up your wifey and meet you there for dinner. A delayed celebration from MJ perhaps? Let me know.

Nice outing idea, 2R1I! But I am not fully recovered yet. This Wed, I still have an appointment with the specialist and may be required to continue treatment/medication.

Please have a great time with your family! Don't let the "voucher" expire! I'll take a rain-check for this one!

When I am better, hopefully by this 20th - let's do a belated MJ celebration with the team - how about at Penang's famous Thai Restaurant?

(I suppose we are discussing this in the blog to make a few eyes go green? Ha! Ha!)

Did I say belated MJ celebration? Make that belated MJ+NPC celebrations!

And if we are lucky - an early one too for the Atmah+Kairali!

Yeah, ok. And that Penang Thai Restaurant better be good! I am giving up an 4 bintang Hotel food for this neighbourly fare!

Woooooooiii!!! Pressure only! I'm not the chef (thank God!), but so far those who have tasted its fare said the food is good, including my KL relatives. :)

Or maybe I've just got weird taste...hahaha...

You can write about the splendid meal on this blog later!

Slasher, my advice to you and other readers:

If you are interested in quality food, avoid visiting Jogoya during promotion periods. I was there during their Mid Autumn promotion and was terribly disappointed.

Food was cold and service was very poor.

yup...i heard alot negative comment given for them especially during promotion time....the quality drop by half.....

if i would go there i would rather choose a weekend where i pay more and get a better quality of food...
